With over 20 years of experience in a variety of martial arts, I have competed in various styles, achieving three World Titles, three European Titles and sixteen British Titles - totalling over 500 fights all over the world.
As a female in a male-dominated sport, I promote self-confidence and the belief that with enough drive and passion, you can achieve anything through cross-training and setting and achieving one goal at a time.
I know first-hand the struggles of losing weight and continuing to train post-pregnancy, or injury. I found a way to compete, and I can help you succeed too. Additionally, I emphasize the importance of relaxation massages and posture care to ensure your body is in optimal condition for training and competition.
